The Windmill is achieved by hitting upward just to the left of the centermark (or just to the right of the centermark if you're left handed). First, get the tick-tock motion going then with your right grip stick hit just below the centermark and swoop your flip stick upward and begin hitting up, follow around and hit up again... repeat.
The Muchini is another trick that sets Jolly Lama's juggling sticks apart from the rest. Start out with your flip stick resting on both grip sticks then toss the flip stick upward about 6-12 inches. Immediately aftwerward you need to jump up, bringing your knees in while you bring your grip sticks inward then over top of the flip stick. Now push the flip stick downward with both grip sticks and quickly take the flip stick under your feet then give it a quick push up into the air (the more upward and forward the better). After you land spot the flip stick and...... good luck!
