Please use this troubleshooting page to identify and fix a problem you are experiencing on JollyLama.com

Problem.

“I am trying to submit my billing info but, every time I click submit the website returns me back to the same page where I have to fill every thing out again.”

Solution.

The email you are using is already registered. Either use a new email address or use the “Lost Password?” recovery link to the right of the password box. Remember, your username is your email address and your password will be emailed to you (so long as a valid email address was entered).  You can change your username and password when you log into your account and click 'Account Maintenance' in the Login Area (found at the bottom of the left-hand side of any page within the site, below 'Products' and 'Your Shopping Cart').

Problem.

“I am all the way to the last page and every time I enter all my credit card info and click submit I am brought back to the same page. It’s not accepting my order.”

Solution.

Make sure you have entered your billing address EXACTLY as it appears on your credit or debit card's monthly statements. If you are shipping to a location other than your billing address (i.e. You live in one city but go to college in another part of the state) you can enter a separate shipping address rather than using your billing address as your default address for both billing and shipping.

If this is not the problem double check your credit card info. The 3-digit security code is found on the back of your card and is usually following 4 other numbers (which match the last four digits of your credit/debit card) to the right of the signature line.

Problem.

“I can’t seem to find a blue 'Add to Cart' button next to some of your products. What’s the beef?”

Solution.

Click on the orange ‘Product Details’ button and from there you will find an 'Add to Cart' button. This happens for products with which we offer package discounts. Purchase a set of Juggling Sticks, Poi or Diabolos and get a DVD or batteries at a discounted rate. Other package deals exist as well throughout JollyLama.com.

Problem.

“I am trying to choose one shipping option but, when I click submit it shows that I have chosen a different shipping option at a different rate. I go back to change the shipping option, click submit again and the same problem persists.”
