Terms & Conditions for Returns

All products available for sale at JollyLama.com are very durable and highly break resistant. They have been inspected to meet quality standards you won’t find in big box toy stores. If you have any problems with any product you have purchased please, call 844-676-5262 and let us know. Our number one goal is your satisfaction… even if at our expense.

Should anything go wrong with a product you ordered (not including misuse or extreme events such as getting run over by a car) we will fix or replace them for free.  All you have to do is place the item in its original box, seal the box, remove all labels on the exterior of the box and address it to Jolly Lama!  P.O. Box 252 Pellston, MI 49769. Shipping cost reimbursement may be arranged (up to $10.95 US or equal to the amount paid by you to ship the item(s) to us). Be sure to use USPS Priority Mail or USPS Ground Advantage so we can see the postage paid on the box. Upon receiving your item, we will promptly return to you the fixed or replaced item.  Returns can take up to two weeks or more including time in transit both ways. To ensure fast turnaround or to determine if other, simpler and quicker solutions may be possible please contact us by phone or email before mailing a potentially defected item.

If you have any problems with your products within 6 months of purchase we will still honor our product guarantee and fix or replace your product free of charge but, shipping cost reimbursement may not be applicable.

Returns & Exchanges

We understand how important it is for our customers to be 100% satisfied with our products.  Should you wish to return any items in new condition (unopened and in original packaging) place them into the box they arrived in, remove all labels from the outside of the box and mail the package via USPS Priority Mail or USPS Ground Advantage to Jolly Lama!  P.O. Box 252 Pellston, MI 49769.  We will issue you a reimbursement check for 85% of the product cost or 100% store credit toward another item or items available on our website. Should your items be returned in a condition not able to be resold we reserve the right to refund less than 85% the total product cost and that amount shall be determined upon receiving your returned item(s).  We are not obligated to reimburse customers for used items even if only slightly used.  We do not sell used products on our website.

Within 30 days of receiving your order, if an item in your order is defective you may place the item into the original box, follow the directions in the above paragraph and upon receiving and verifying the defective item we will fix or replace the item free of charge and ship it back to you with shipping cost reimbursement (up to $10.95 US or equal to the amount paid by you to ship the item to us).

Within 6 months of receiving your order, if you have any problems always feel free to call or email us.  We are happy to troubleshoot and provide you with a solution to keep your product in tip-top shape ASAP.  We will still fix or replace any items free of charge although shipping cost reimbursement may not be available.

Please call or email us before returning items so we know to expect them which will expedite your return or exchange.

Discounted Sales, Complimentary Items & Custom Orders

All sale items on this website offered at a discount or purchased at a discount with a coupon code are final. All custom order sales are final. When Jolly Lama Creations offers complimentary products as part of a promotion both the complimentary product(s) as well as the purchased item(s) must be returned in order to be compensated for the returned non-complimentary product(s). See Returns & Exchanges above for details on refund options and return instructions. You are responsible for returning the item(s) at your expense. The item(s) must be unopened and in original packaging to be eligible for refund/exchange.

Orders Returned Due to Insufficient Address

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a sufficient and accurate shipping address for their order to be successfully shipped to. An order is considered complete upon the beginning of shipment when it is provided to a shipping courier.  In the event an order is returned to us by the shipper due to an incorrect address as input by the customer that order is considered complete. The customer will either need to a.) place a second order over www.JollyLama.com with a new or corrected address or b.) provide additional payment by calling the customer service line at (844) 676-5262 to have their order shipped to a new or corrected address.
