JollyLama.com ships from its manufacturing location in Pellston, MI, USA. If you order before noon Eastern Time (ET) your order will ship out the same day unless one of the products you have ordered indicates same day shipping is not available such as Hemp Stix, Devil Sticks and wholesale orders. Wholesale orders need to provide a physical shipping address as we will not ship wholesale orders to a P.O. Box. If you want to know how long it will take your order to arrive check out the UPS Ground map at the bottom of this page, look at the color on the map where you live to see how many days it takes shipments to reach you and add an additional day (two days for Devil Sticks and Hemp Stix) for processing to see how long it will take your non-expedited order to arrive from our facility in Pellston, MI.

Orders that need to arrive overnight should select Overnight Express Shipping in checkout and provided a physical shipping address (not a PO Box). Keep in mind orders placed prior to noon ET will go out same day (unless product/items have longer processing time) while orders placed after noon ET may not be able to be processed quickly enough to ship out same day. International orders all ship flat rate and rates vary by country. Shipping cost will display in checkout prior to placing your order and will not go up if you add more items to your cart. Canadian customers who want expedited shipping can select Overnight Express shipping however arrival will take up to 3 business days. Allow 3-6 weeks for delivery of international shipments.

This means we are able to expedite packages on the fly with a wide option of carriers. Flat Rate Shipping Options
FREE shipping is available for all US-based orders of $35 or more. The vast majority of orders placed before noon EST will ship out the same day unless the item(s) purchased specify additional processing time and orders of $99 or more automatically eligible for expedited two business day shipping (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO and orders with destinations in other outlying U.S. territories or orders with a PO Box as the ship to address). Orders under $99 will arrive in 5 business days or less.
$4.99 Flat Rate Shipping is assessed on all orders under $35 or can be selected if you want your order valued between $35 and $99 to arrive in 3 business days to non-PO Box destinations within the lower 48 contiguous United States.
$19.95 Flat Rate Shipping available for our Canadian friends. We offer this flat rate option which takes an average 10 business days to destinations within continental Canada. Canadian customers should expect to pay duty and import fees which vary based on the amount of your purchase.
International Shipping is for all countries outside the US and Canada. Rates vary and are subject to change without notice. Your flat-rate will be shown at checkout. We recommend allowing 3-6 weeks for delivery for all other world-wide destinations. International wholesale orders and some individual orders may need to pay their country’s import customs fee. In the event flat rate shipping does not adequately cover the cost of larger volume international wholesale orders we reserve the right to cancel the order if the customer is not willing to cover the additional cost to ship.
Expedited Shipping
$59.95 + $10 handling Overnight Mail is what you need to select to receive your package the next business day in the contiguous USA. This option will get packages to destinations in Canada within 3 business days. Place your order before noon ET to be sure you’ll get your order the next business day (except Hemp Stix, Devil Sticks and wholesale orders allow an additional business day processing) and note our shipping schedule above to see dates we will not be shipping. Keep in mind you may be closer to us than you think. Feel free to call us at (888) 676-LAMA to see if a less-expensive option is available and can meet your time frame. Wholesale orders may use this option to receive their order in 3 business days to destinations within the contiguous US any month except December.
Wholesale Orders
Anyone can place a wholesale order through our website. Orders to destinations within the contiguous USA can expect delivery in 5-10 business days. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and outlying US islands should expect 15 to 30 calendar days for delivery. Canadian customers need to expect to pay import duties on top of their wholesale order and that amount may vary. Canadian customers also need to expect 15-20 business days for delivery. All other international wholesale orders should expect delivery in 20-60 calendar days as well as expect to pay duties/import fees upon receiving their order. Wholesale orders placed in December may not be able to be processed and shipped in time to make it on your shelves in time for the Holiday rush so be sure to place your order before the end of November in order to be guaranteed timely delivery. We maintain the right to cancel any international wholesale orders that may require additional funding to cover shipping costs since our international shipping flat rates reflect individual orders and not the cost to ship larger volume orders.
